Request data deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold for your email address. This is your right under Article 17 of the GDPR, and it costs you nothing but this form.

Use the address you gave us. We will email a confirmation link — nothing is deleted until you use it.

What gets deleted

Enquiries and messages you have sent us, guide and quiz downloads, waitlist entries, and any testimonial record tied to your address.

What we cannot reach

Backups taken before your request still contain your data until they age out of our retention schedule — a deletion is not retroactive across backups. Our email and hosting providers also keep their own delivery logs on their own schedules. We tell you this rather than implying the erasure is more complete than it is.

How long it takes

The confirmation link is valid for 7 days and works once. Deletion happens immediately when you use it — there is no queue and nobody has to approve it.
